After speaking with the customer, we sent him out several gallons of replacement material free of charge and also advised him on the steps necessary to solve his issueWe have mutually agreed to this solution and fell the problem is resolved

The check was cut and mailed to the customer late last week, it is on its wayIf not received by the end of this week please give us a call

After speaking with the customer we agreed to send out a product that should resolve his issue

We had issued a refund via check for the full amount of $to the customer way back on 3/**/and the check was cashed on 4/*/Attached will be a copy of the deposited check for your recordsWe had thought with certainty that we responded to the Revdex.com link provided to notify you of the credit back in March when the check was issued and that this inquiry was indeed resolved, we did not realize the inquiry was still considered open by the Revdex.com since we did respond to it previously through the online Revdex.com link that was providedIf there are any questions please do not hesitate to contact us

A full refund was issued to the customer.
