I had a couple neighbors recommend Brite Concepts, Incfor repairing windows, sliding doors, etc I contacted ***, and made an appointment for him to give us a free estimateHe showed up on time, and he's a very positive guy, and in a natural way, not the fake smile many of these repair guys use His estimate was reasonable and he was able to make the repair right then and there I referred him to a friend whose window wouldn't open correctly, and my Mom whose sliding door was so hard to openHe did a great job on both, and once you unlock Mom's slider you can easily open it with just your pinky! He really knows his stuff, and I think that lets him fix things quicker than other companies, which keeps the labor bill lower
