Review: A few months ago Brite Fuel serviced my oil burner. Last week, it would not fire up so I called for service and the girl who answered the phone asked if I had gotten fuel from them and I said no and she said that if I don't order fuel from them they will not provide service. So, I pointed out that what if the problem was the same as the last time wouldn't that service/part be under warranty and she basically said too bad.Desired Settlement: I would like to be guaranteed future service for one year from the prior service to ensure that if the part they provided breaks it will be fixed. I think it is extremely disreputable to provide service and then not stand by that service.
