This class is not intended for those who have no experience. I asked about coming in for the CNA class, with no experience and was told no problem! But it's just skills covered and the written is never discussed. If you have experience or in the field it's a great place but if it's all new, Do Not Go. They just want money. It's sad.

Paid 1,800.00 for Medical Assisting at Brite Sun Health Training in Cary, NC. Only finished phlebotomy just in the nick of time since teacher all of a sudden left - Michelle Crusenberry. Talia Anthony, owner, cancelled all other classes and said students would receive a refund. This has never happened. I signed up in December 2016 and it is now July 2017. Brought lawyer action in and letters have been returned as the business was no longer there (sent to Kildaire Farm Road in Cary and headquarters in Georgia). No returned calls, e-mails. Complte scam. Learned my lesson - going to college now.

Have been waiting for a $450 refund since May,2016. Website down and phone calls not returned. Sent e-mail on May 5th stating I had a scheduling conflict and would not be able to take their class and requested a refund. On May 6th, response was "We will email you a refund confirmation before the end of our business day." Not received. Sent email on May 12th asking when I would receive my refund. Response: "You will have your refund within 21 business days." No refund received. Sent e-mail on June 14th stating no refund received. Received returned/rejected email due to "rejected by server for the recipient domain."Called N.C. on June 14th, expressing the need for potential legal action. Received a call back within the hour from a [redacted] stating they had my address listed incorrectly and that a new check would be issued. No check received and emails are returned and phone messages go unanswered. Desired SettlementI would like my money ($450.00) returned to me as soon as possible.

I paid Brite Sun for a class that they canceled without notice. I have been calling & emailing for months to get rescheduled without any response. In November 2015 I paid for a CNA/med tech combo class. The med tech portion was canceled without notice due to a scheduling conflict for the location. I have called and emailed [redacted] several times since November 2015 to confirm dates and registration for a replacement class. I have not received any response via phone or email. Because they are not responding, I don't even know how to reach someone to get a refund. Additionally, previous contact with T [redacted] was unpleasant. Her attitude was very unprofessional, there was false advertisement on the company's website (I was not provided a a stethoscope or blood pressure cuff which she verbally agreed to send me in 2015) and incorrect class dates were posted on the company's website recently.Desired SettlementThis is one of few service providers in this area. I want confirmation of class dates/registration or an immediate refund.

Paid for health training for my son that was not delivered as promised. Was promised refund but never received it.To whom it may concern:My son, [redacted], lives in [redacted]; he signed up for a five day CNA class with Carolina Allied Health which included one extra day of Medication Tech training on 3/24/14 (see attachments The training was scheduled from April 21 - April 25 and was a total of $690, $290 was for the Medication Technician Training alone). The training was supposed to take place in Raleigh, NC which is four hours away from Asheville. My son had to have accommodations lined up at the Raleigh location. The day prior to the training, he drove to Raleigh in order to be in class on time. The next morning he arrived at the location of where the training was supposed to be conducted, and no one was there. He and I called the Carolina Allied Health Office multiple times, but no one answered the phone. Finally, I reached someone at the office; her name was [redacted] (I believe). She told me that the class in Raleigh was cancelled. I told her that my son is in Raleigh ready to take the class and that he was NOT notified that the class was cancelled. At first she wanted him to reschedule the training and come back another week, but I told her that he would not be able to do that since he has a job and had asked off from work in order to attend this class. Then she suggested that he travel to Durham, NC the next day in order to attend the remaining days of the day CNA class that was being held there. However, she would not be able to get him into a Medication Tech Training at that time. We agreed for my son to do that; so, he traveled to Durham (another thirty minutes from where he was staying) in order to attend the training. After the CNA class (minus the Medication Tech Training) was completed, he tried to reschedule the Medication Tech Training, but he could not because his employer refused to give him off time from work again. I called the Carolina Allied Health office and explained to the lady on the phone what happened and requested a refund. She said that she would have to speak to her manager and would give me a call back. No one called me back. I attempted numerous times to get in touch with someone. I even left messages, but NO ONE returned my calls! After a few weeks, I was able to speak to another employee at Carolina Allied Health, and I explained my situation again. At that point, she said that I should be able to get a refund of $290 which was the cost of the Medication Tech Training. That was in April. By May, I still had not received a check or a phone call. So, I called back and spoke to another lady who assured me that I will get a check. As of today (August 20th), the matter has not been resolved. There were numerous expenses and wasted time that my son and I occurred because of the lack of care and customer service by the Carolina Allied Health office. First, he missed an entire day of work in Asheville on Monday. Second, if he would have known to come in on Tuesday, he would have made different arrangements for accommodations. Third, this switch to Durham added additional gas money to him. Lastly, he did not get all the training that he signed up for and that I paid for. I am asking ONLY to be reimbursed at this point for the class itself that was missed.Desired SettlementI want a refund of $290 that would cover the amount for the Med-Tech class that my son never could attend due to the companies fault.

I registered to take the Medication Tech class (a one day class) for $ 250.00 scheduled for 10/2/15 in Cary, NC. I traveled to Cary on 10/2 only to find out that the class was cancelled due to a Hurricane Watch. Although I checked my email the night before, there was in fact an email sent at midnight advising of the cancellation. I completely understood...Safety first. When I returned home I called [redacted] to request a refund and was assured that I would have a full refund within 30 days, sent to the address registered on file. Well 30 days came and went, so I called them again and was advised that I was misinformed...it would be within 30 BUSINESS days. Well 30 BUSINESS days have now come and gone and I've yet to see my refund. I've called [redacted] numerous times only to be left on hold, then asked to leave a message, which I refuse to do. I don't believe for a minute that they have any intention of refunding my payment and I don't see why they should be allowed to reap the benefit my payment, when they never rendered the service. I have already contacted my credit card company to fill out a dispute request, but really felt compelled to warn others who might want to use this company: Please look them up on the Revdex.com first! [redacted]Order_Number: Receipt No:[redacted] /////Desired SettlementI simply want the $ 250.00 back ASAP. I paid for a service they didn't render. They agreed to pay it back within a specified time frame and they have not. This is a poor way to do business. Why should they be permitted to hold onto this money? They have no rights to it./////

I have signed up for classes with this company via the website on 3/23/2014 and paid a deposit of 495.00 via [redacted]. I signed up for classes to begin on 3/24/2014-4/17/2014 10am-2pm Mon.-Thurs. Upon receiving the confirmation email on 3/23/2014 I realized the dates and times were not what I had chosen, I immediately contacted the company via email and phone to inform them the that I did not sign up for classes to begin on 422/2014-5/28/20146:30pm-9:30pm as I work during those times and that would not coincide with my shift. I was informed by [redacted] that my monies would be refunded via check in the mail and that is usually takes 7-10 business days. I have yet to receive my monies, and all contact I have made to the company since then has been ignored, I have sent numerous emails, made numerous phone calls and no one has responded. I also noticed the company changed it's name to [redacted] not long after scamming me of my money. This seems to be an underhanded tactic used to avoid litigation.Product_Or_Service: Phlebotomy Training ClassDesired SettlementI want a refund of my money 495.00, I want to pick my money up from the local office no checks in the mail as those don't exist. I also want compensation for the time, energy and effort spent trying to collect monies that were supposed to be refunded to me over 6 months ago now.
