In response to the claim by Mr*** we have denied his claimn at our facility for the following reasons: The vehicle in question is over years old, and is excluded from any warranty from our wash as stated by the disclaimer sign at the first point of entry (pay station).The vehicle in
question is suspected of having prior damage to the area claimed to be damaged by our wash and seemed evident that the spoiler was glued on. I have attached copies of our disclaimer sign, and pictures of the placement of the disclaimer sign at the first point of entry (pay station), and a picture of the disclaimer at the entrance of the wash. We have contacted Mr*** and explained our clerical error in charging his account, and have refunded his money as he requested

Please contact Mr. [redacted] asap, we settled the claim with Mr. [redacted] in February 14th. We would appreciate a favorable reversal on our account.
