We spoke to Mr [redacted] on September 26, It was explained thatthat BriteStreet is not the responsible party We were initially sub-contracted to service the project but we had officially separated all ties with Clear Solar well before Mr [redacted] had any work done No money from the loan Mr [redacted] took out with Mosaic went to BriteStreet All funds from this project went from Mosaic to Clear SolarAll agreements signed with the Customer were done so with Clear Solar employees, including the agreement that shows BriteStreet’s name [redacted] (who signed as the employee on our installation contract) has never been an employee of BriteStreet and he has been an employee of Clear Solar At this time, it appears Mr [redacted] has been misinformed about who was actually contracted to complete the installation on his home Mr [redacted] was told that Britestreet was the initiator of the solar installation and that Clear Solar or others were sub-contracted by Britestreet This is factually inaccurate as BriteStreet was solely a sub-contractor to projects sold by Clear Solar Again, BriteStreet parted ways with Clear Solar well before ANY work was underway for Mr*** To further clarify, BriteStreet has no ties to the required work needed to allow Mr [redacted] to energize his system At this time, it is BriteStreet's understanding that Mr [redacted] needs to address his issues directly with Clear Solar Please contact me should you need anything further on this issue [redacted] BriteStreet Energy Group [redacted] ** ***

While we are sympathetic with the customer, this is not a BriteStreet Solar installation BriteStreet received no compensation from the customer nor did BriteStreet have any interaction with the customer The sale of the system, installation and contracts are with a company based in Utah called Clear Solar Clear Solar was utilizing a contract set from BriteStreet erroneously That said, and unfortunately, BriteStreet has no ability to help rectify the situation other than acting as a third party to finish the install should the customer want to hire us
