Revdex.com: You said you can't garantie the universal board to work, and you made me purchase the original one from AirCon that costs $ plus shippingOn the top of it, you broke it and you left my house saying that you were going to get a fuse and come back, those words were a promise that you didn't keep?and you left your equipment in my house along with the messWhat kind of work ethics you are providing to your clients? You made a mistake and you need to assume your responsibility and stop blaming it on the AC brandYou knew it from the very beginning and you agreed to fix it[redacted] I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Our company told the customer that we could not guarantee any repair work due to the nature of the equipmentThe customer has a obsolete unit from a unreputable makerThe only money exchange was $dollars for diagnosis feesWe will be happy to refund the $dollar diagnosis fee(even though we don't believe it is warranted), but we will in no way pay for an obsolete circuit board that the customer provided

The piece [redacted] found on [redacted] costs $25 dollars indeed. I texted him asking him if I can purchase it he said he can't guarantee it would be compatible. He told me I have to get the same exact one. He knew the AC was air con from the very beginning. I didn't hide anything. I was trying to work with him. I emailed my inquiry to air con. I spoke to 2 different reps. One of them emailed me back the price and told me he will ship the piece once I pay for it. I texted [redacted] to let him know that Air Con has it, he said to inform him once I receive the piece so he can install it. I have the email, the text messages and the credit card bill that shows how much I paid. Also, [redacted] is saying, it s just a fuse, why did he fix it and lie then saying he will go get it and come back but never did. How responsible is it to leave your job uncompleted and take off. Also he took pictures of the old board before he removed it. Even if I can afford hiring another person, he won't be able to fix the mess [redacted] left behind him. It s hard to know where to start.P.S. the indoor unit costs $ 498. I checked out before I call [redacted]. However, I can't afford right now.   [redacted] <[redacted]>[redacted]Today at 12:01 AM Hi [redacted],I think I find it at the dealar just I wont make sure that is the =same part,Thank you[5/24, 9:29 AM] [redacted]: Air-Con Tech Support <[email protected]>To [redacted]  May 22 at 8:32 AMi have it in stock for 199.00 plus shipping and handling [redacted]Technical Support SpecialistTechnical Support & Warranty DepartmentPh: ###-###-####Cell: ###-###-####

The system is not unsafe as the disconnect that supplies it with power is disengaged. The unit is a no name brand that has been discontinued. I tried to call air con(the maker) they told me that they do not have this item, nor do they stick the replacement parts for the system. They referred me to...

[redacted] or another aftermarket site. The circuit board that the customer purchased was an aftermarket part and was not from air con(no name printed on board). It also did not cost $211 dollars because I found the same board on [redacted] for $25. The board purchased needs a 8.3 amp fuse, it is an aftermarket board and who knows if it is even compatible with this unit. We returned and tried to the best of our ability to repair this unit with the supplied parts without success. I would be happy to re imburse the customer with the $100 diagnosis fee, but I will not give $211 dollars for the board, because I know that is not how much it cost. The whole indoor fan cool unit from air con does not cost that much.
