I appeared for IELTS test in *** in the month of March 2018 and cleared the test I got a mobile SMS confirmation and I checked my results online using my India Passport number - ***.
I was told that the hard copy of results will be delivered by mail at my home address . I waited for long but I couldn't get the result delivered also no delivery confirmation email or msg received . But the still *** IELTS claims that the hard copy was delivered and I need to pay them extra charges to re-deliver the hard copy . I want to know if it is courier company's fault for not delivering required hard copy why am I made responsible to get my Hard copy and pay additional charges
I would like IELTS to re-deliver hard copy of my mark list at my home address again and send me notification that it has been delivered .There are many complaints against courier company blue dart which is used for delivery of hard copies request you to go through India blue dart courier reviews and help me in getting my mark list hard copy at home address
This issue does not apply to us. The complainant took his test in India under IDP Australia. We Conduct IELTS tests in Canada under the British Council UK. The complaint is misdirected.
