Review: We had a new roof installed on 4-28-14. A month after installed there were some places after walking around the house that started coming off and or not secured correctly. We did contact Damon T[redacted] the owner of British Masonry and Restoration. He said that he would come out to fix it himself so he knew it was done correctly. Called roofer 6-4-14,6-27-14,7-18-14 left message at 9:52 a.m. Roofer did respond and said that he would be back in town on 7-11-14 to fix the roof per our text message. Well, did not see the roofer so sent text message 7-22-14, 8-9-14 and just called again on 8-12-14. We still have not heard a thing. We left phone numbers etc. I told the roofer that I would like this issue fixed as soon as possible before he leads into more problems.Desired Settlement: We would just like the roof fixed. We have paid in full for a roof that should not be coming apart. The owner is not holding up to the 5 year warranty. The roof is only a couple of months old. We just would like the roofer to take a day and come down and fix what he promised he would fix. That's all.
