Review: The British North American Internship Program provides temporary summer housing in New York City. Upon arrival I found that the housing was extremely dirty and unacceptable. I cut my trip to New York City in half because I could not stand to stay in their housing any longer. I was not told at the time that I made my reservation that I would not receive a refund if I canceled my reservation. I sent an email to the [redacted] of BNAIP describing the poor conditions and asking for management to address the management issues on behalf of current residents and requesting a refund for the four nights that I had prepaid for but did not stay. I received a one word response, "No." I can provide the email correspondence upon request.Desired Settlement: I would like for the BNAIP [redacted] to provide me a refund for the four nights that I did not stay ($129.65 including taxes).
