Sorry for my late answer, I was taking care of other business in Los AngelesThis guest received a 50% refund of her stay even if the air was working not at 100% but she left the second day and she got a partial refundShe was asking for a 100% refund after using the room two days, using our parking, housekeeping services and breakfast.
As you can understand 100% refund is not fair, even if the customer was not satisfied.
I hope this doesn't affect in a bad way the business in your website.

This is star rated hotel and the service provided was anything but I gave them, based on their rating, the opportunity to live up to said rating and they failed to do so They put me in a room I did not originally book and it was a nightmare This was the most uncomfortable hotel experience I have ever had especially for the price they charge I would have been more comfortable in a room costing 1/the price at a lesser rated hotel I was told by their staff, when leaving, that I would receive a refund, not a partial refund, a refundThe air conditioning in this room worked less than 1/the time I was there As far as their 50% refund, it has also been rejected by my credit card company Their attention to detail is as rapid as their response to a complaint filed with the Revdex.com
