Called for service on Electrolux washer and dryer$to come out Seems to be the norm for companies to come literally look at the product
Washer detergent door needed to be fixedAlso, dryer was getting backflow and I wanted it cleaned out
I was quoted $50-$for washer detergent door with a $deposit on the part I was called a week later telling me that they don't sell the part I needed and had to buy the entire drawer($100) So they had already ordered it without calling to tell me I told them that I didn't want to spend that much so they said fine and kept the $deposit
As for the dryer, they informed me that they could not clean it out because it's on the second floor
So...I paid them $to come to my house and do nothing!!!

on 1/4/i called britts repair-electrolux refrig-ice dispenser not working- ice had formed tech said there was corrosion with out being able to slide the unit out to look said ne ed new "slide kit" @ cost of 300$-----called company once to voice complaint that part cost too high (based on conversation with electrolux parts dept ) called twice more on 1/and 1/ got ans machine-- asked for call back no reply-------they have cashed my check for 255$ PARTS DEPOSIT>>told them to canc parts order......have de-iced the unit and found no evidence of corrosion
