I have since spoke to Amber R*** personally, in fact I spoke to her right after she submitted this A lot of our clients to appreciate us stopping by and introducing ours elves Rarely, or ever, have we received something like this We have been in business for 4+
years I do not see a problem happening in the future and will continue to monitor my employees

This payment was made Monday/yesterday around 1PM local Arizona time. Just to recap. She performed a notary signing on Thursday night. Provided those documents Thursday at 8:15PM. Friday, she expected payment. Called me Friday night demanding payment and insulting me and my employee. Wrote into the Revdex.com on saturday or sundayPayment was made on Monday. We all have to pay invoices whether in business or in personal. I dont care who you are, you can NOT expect to be paid or make payment the next day. I run a business, I get invoices from lawyers, notary's, insurance companies, reimbursements from employees, etc. If performing a service business to business you should not expect to be paid next day, and typically most nobody does. Shes been burned in the past, but not by me. I pay up. Its $for a service she performed, why would I not. And further I pay in a timely matter, within a week (which if that's absurd then please let me know) Hopefully you understand there are two sides to every story and this just seems like a petty complaint about Intelifund. Please let me know if I can help close this out

I am a little taken aback by this complaint, it seems small and petty but I will take the time to clean it up. I did indeed speak to Susan on Friday as she mentioned. The invoice amount that she is speaking of is $for a signing she did do for us on Thursday. She sent us a papal
request to Juan on Friday. He then sent it to me on SaturdayAs I said to Susan and she mentioned, Juan (who I work with and I 100% back his work/effort/business practice) would be getting back to her ASAP. Perhaps he didn't the very next day which is uncharacteristic, but he was and has been very busy. We do at least 10-notary signings a month. Not a huge amount but our mobile notary's get paid and get paid in a timely matter. At no point should somebody expect payment within hours, even Susan should know that. She seems over paranoid who really wasn't even very good. She took pictures of the pages, sent them out of order and through 3-emails. Typically somebody keeps them in order and scans them in one email with an invoice I pay bills for the company and to question by business practice over $notary signing is insulting and absolutely not what me or my company is about. Please take this for what it is and let me know if I can help justify in any way. I can probably get referrals from notary's we use regularly and one time if requested. Thank you in advance
