B.DeS Clothing Company apologizes for the delay in handling ** [redacted] issue ** [redacted] order was received by B.DeS Clothing Company on December 16, for three ite [redacted] totaling $ Two of the ite [redacted] were shipped out on December 18, with tags attached The B.DeS Clothing Company attaches tags to all of their items prior to shipping to customers The website clearly states that we offer exchanges and/or store credits On January 4, we issued ** [redacted] a refund for the one item that was not shipped due to the item being sold out ** [redacted] returned the other two items asking for a refund and we informed her of our “no refund” policy We offered ** [redacted] a store credit to use at a later time and she agreed ** [redacted] wanted to use her store credit in June of and in our error the item was not shipped out to her B.DeS Clothing Company will issue the customer a refund immediately We would also like to extend a 20% discount to ** [redacted] in hopes of remedying the matter and continuing a relationship
