Every time Ms [redacted] called regarding her A/C unit [redacted] Heating & Air has been called and a tech would come to her house They would either fix what was not working or put Freon in the system as sometimes this does happen The 1st time they were called out(sometime in June of 2016) the system was frozen and it was explained to her that the filters needed to be changed out every days as per her lease agreement It ran good for a year, so this June the system started acting up again and it was found that the system was once again frozen Several tech came out but the system would only ran a few days and it would freeze up again I contacted [redacted] Heating & Air again myself today and he personally went to her address so he could see for himself what the issue is/was [redacted] *** found that there was a line in the system that was restricting a line and that was what the problem was this year That and the fact that the wrong filter was being used He gave Ms [redacted] new filters and explained to her the difference between the types of filters As of when he left her home today the a/c system was working fine and he told me she should not have any more issues with it and that she was very happy with the result.I do not feel I should have to give her an entire year of rent back as she has only been with out central a/c for a few weeks We gave her window units the same day she called and told us the a/c was not So she was never without a/c totally I see her son daily and he never has said anything regarding the a/c He is always outside in the heat on his skateboard I do feel that I should give her a discount of some sort for her inconvenience and have told my assistant to have her get us a copy of her power bills so we can see what she was paying and what she is now paying in order for us take off of her rent a fair and reasonable amount off of her rent Please let me know if I need to do anything else and we will be contacting Ms [redacted] in a day or two to check on the status of the a/c and to come to an agreement on her rentThank you so much for all you do, ***
