We spoke with the consumer on 11/and then she came into the office on 12/to give her notice to vacate. Her lease is up on 1/31/and she is moving out. She has a huge dog and she needed to pay a pet deposit and then we received a letter from the Revdex.com. We put mice bait in her
apartment and the building she lives in. We never received any report from her neighbors about mice. We sent pest control out twice and she wasn't at home either time. We have receipts confirming that they came out

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and while I am still dissatisfied with the management and their attitude and initiative to take care of this issue, I will be moving out this month and find it pointless to further pursue this issue. I will consider this issue resolved.
