I will try and address each issue:· With transfering her to a manager and not getting an answer, yes that could happen We have myself and two operations managers There are plenty of times we are all busy on something and need customers to leave a message I'm sure this is common.· With Brittany hanging up, I can assure you that Brittany would not do something like that on purpose I have full confidence in this.· With black bags, we utilize different landfills across the state Most do not allow black bags so we do not allow them either We get charged for any electronics that get put into out trucks.· And finally with gallon drums I will not allow our guys to pick those up They have to lift cans/bags feet over a ridge in the truck In all contracts we only allow gallon bags or carts.I hope this answers everything Thanks, Andy

I am an owner along with two others of the company, I am also the GM Though, I do not know why this matters I have talked to Suamico leaders about this stop and this issue is resolvedThank you

This is 100% our fault and would like the customer to call our GM Andy to make it right715-253-

I'm not sure where to begin on this If cans are spilled all over somebody's ditch it is not our responsibility to get out of the truck and clean it up for them We do an automated route and if we had to get out for something like this every time there would be no way of finishing our
routes Secondly, I have no idea who or what *** *** is but I do not believe the complaint was forwarded to us Third, yes we do require stickers to pick up extra bags and this is worked right into the contract so if there were extra bags we would have required the stickers and would not have picked them up extra So in conclusion we have trucks on the road and pick up 60,stops a week, we do mess up In this instance I am failing to see what our driver did wrong

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Mr. [redacted] per Harter customer service people and website is the general manager.  Mr [redacted] told me he is the OWNER not once but twice, but clearly by review of the business profile on file with the State of Wisconsin, he is not,  He is not a very honest person from my experience with him.  Further, while he did tell me he could check his GPS to see if the driver stopped at my home he CLEARLY told me 3 times as I asked him over and over- that in order for him to check his GPS- I would be charged a hefty fee as it entailed a lot of work for him to do- so he in turn would charge me to check it.  IF he found that the driver did not stop they would come back and get the garbage that night, but if he found they had stopped- they would not and I would have to wait till the morning when he would send driver back.  I was told all three times I would be charged this fee to have him do it regardless of the outcome.   I CLEARLY asked how he would tell via GPS if driver STOPPED at my home as I had CLEARLY and repeatedly told him both neighbors on each side HAD their garbage picked up- and we are all a matter of a few car links apart so a GPS would put truck passing my home- but it clearly did not stop as I have a full bin that is untouched again. In his response, he does not state anything in regards to my numerous calls so far in 2017 where I have not had pick up service, and should be documented on my account for his records.  He represents a very deceptive person which reflects badly on this company and explains the poor service I have had.I had never changed any of my "story" and in fact- I had Mr [redacted] on speaker during this whole call and what and how it was said to me was heard by 2 non-related adults, who can corroborate exactly what was said by both parties.     The garbage person did come back the next morning at approx. 7:15 AM and picked up my garbage, which as we watched, fell completely and with ease from the barrel, and was in no way packed in, as we had told them in our original calls, supporting again, no one ever attempted in the first place.  My hopes is Harter's finishes out there contract with our township, and I do not have to call about being missed again.  I have strongly urged our town leader, to consider a more reliant company for 2018.

After speaking with this lady and her changing her story multiple times I told her I could check the gps and it will show if we stopped at her house.  I said if we did we would have to charge her to come back that night, if not we will gladly come back.  Otherwise we could send a driver...

back first thing the next day.  She would not let me check the gps, which automatically tells me that we didn't miss her, if not why would she care.  It wouldn't cost her a dime, and we'd come back that night.  This phone call also took place at 4:30 pm, our drivers have been home for hours by then, that is why I told her we would come back first thing in the morning no questions asked.
