Brixinit

My husband *** and I (email ***) purchased a 3 month subscription of the Brixinit Lego box on January 15th 2020 as birthday present for our son which we were told would ship around the 20th of January, and the next 2 months following as we PAID for 3 months. As of March 5 2020 not a single package has been delivered. We have received a tracking number with no information, 2 automated emails saying "we're running behind" with promises of a quick ship date, and no personal emails of why this is happening or offering to refund us our money! I've sent 4+ emails to them asking what is going on and never got a single response back. This is unacceptable as a business. 50 days and counting from date of purchase with NO product!

I ordered their Lego subscription box for my son back in November for Christmas. I paid for 1 year in advance, and have only received 1 box. They continue to send excuses for shipping delays, and won't return emails asking questions.
