Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedHowever to clarify, I never received any shipment notifications nor any response to my numerous emails regarding the status of the orderThe only correspondence I received was on Nov25, 2015, over a month after the original transaction and was merely a receipt which was of no use to meThe exchange was finally received, however, it was immediately sent back via usps priority mail due to the untimely response from Brixton and the failure to communicate until contacted by the Revdex.com I have requested a full refund because I have already taken my business elsewhereI will considered this issue resolved as soon as the refund is issued

Here is the POD for the Exchange we have delivered on Nov18th He also was sent Automated shipment notifications regarding the delivered order on two different occasions Today 11/24/he received a call and voice mail regarding how to move forward Our intent moving forward
will be to refund the order in full and attempt to send an additional shipment if we can confirm he has not received the first shipment.Please contact me with any questions or concerns760-*** ***@brixton.com
