Brkn image sends out every suit that is ordered Customers have in the past ordered suits from us and black mailed is saying they never got there orders and we send out moreIve lost many items do to this problem Customer ordered from usNovember 9th, Suit was sent november 15th we were told she reported us to our bank and asked for a charge backThen emailed us saying she never recieved our suiti responded once until I saw she was scamming usAnd she has been ignored now Im not sure what to do But can issue refund doto it being a charge back Let me know what thr Revdex.com suggests to do

I have filed a police report and paypal claim on these people for their scams. I was scammed from over 100 dollars. No response from customer service after 5 emails each on different days, I decided to get my refund another way. through the legal system. DO NOT buy from them. you will not receive a tracking number, a response from customer support, or your item. If no stars was an option that would be my rating.

[I am not satisfied with this response because the business has not given proof they sent out the order. They provided no shipping confirmation. I am not scamming them if anything they are scamming me by saying they sent out the order but providing no proof of this. Also ignoring me completely after the first order confirmation is kinda the same as the business admitting guilt. I tried to contact them mutiple times and they never responded and never gave proof of the order being sent out. ]

We were given the wrong address and it was sent back to us   item will be shipped out again   but as stated on our website we do not offer refunds and suits do take time to make and ship

[The address was never provided incorrectly. The original address provided is the same address if needs to be shipped too. I have attach my original order confirmation as proof. Not only that but the shipping label was created for the bathing suit on April 1st after I warned them I would be contacted Revdex.com, but the bathing suit itself still has not shipped and it is now April 7th. ]
