I am sending this email in response to a complaint that was filed on 3/3/17. This vehicle was purchased as is. The original purchase price of the vehicle was 3500.00 it was agreed that the vehicle would be priced at 2500.00 and the [redacted]'s would cover any repairs necessary. I have attached the...

The [redacted]'s purchased the vehicle AS IS the [redacted] Dodge Caliber was posted for sale $3500.00. We were offered $2200.00 they would fix the issues, I agreed on 2500.00 they fix the issues. I never promised any labor on this vehicle what so ever or it would have been put in writing on their paperwork.

We also had to put a new battery in it even thought we didnt have any problems with power before they had it for a week. They told me that if I had any problem with the caliber not to go to a garage to go to them. My mechanic at Amco looked over the caliber after they had it for a week. Its going to cost me 1000 to fix everything that it wrong with it. I would have to take the caliber to the dodge dealership to take care of the airbags it will cost me 120 for them to look at and to fix the problem it will cost me up to 1000 to fix it at a dodge dealer ship.
