Responding to Complaint Hi my name is *** I am the owner of Bros Auto and Body, when we have customers come into the shop wanting there car fixed we try to do the best job as possible, and try our best to Adjust prices to help the customers as well, but that does not mean that our work is less
just cause we helped them, we still do the same quality job as any other jobWe always want our customers to return or even bring Family and friends as well. This couple has a White Mitsubishi Lancer that they wanted the back and from bumper, left suspension, hood and both side fenders to be fixedIn order to do this we have to Blend and Paint, Charge for Parts and Labor and materials, but when I spoke to the gentleman he told me that he wanted it to be painted white but didnt have the money for it, that they were short.In the beginning I quoted them $to do this work on there vehicle, But the gentleman kept insisting that they didnt have enough money for all that, So I decided to be nice and cut it down to $Which is Way Below average , yes it took a little longer than I expected but our work was the same as if we were charging $1800.00.They said that the paint didnt match the vehicle when everything was correct for paint, they vehicle had an alignment done as well right after putting on the suspension for them.Now I dont accept Credit cards or debit cards due to the fact that we have had several say they go through but the customer will end up stopping payment on them so I dont accept Cards due to thatI accept Cash or Checks, never had any issue with them.The other day before I got this Revdex.com Report, the couple came to the shop, The wife was very arguementive and not understanding what is going on, and what I was trying to say, when I spoke to the husband he understood I told them to keep the 200$ and bring the car back next week so I can fix the paint job for FREEBut they came back in complaining the suspension was out of line, but I have the paperwork to show that the vehicle was aliened and running perfectly once they left my Shop.They want there vehicle to be repainted and I told them ok I will paint it for you for 300$ that is an honest fair priceWell under any auto body shop prices. But They dont want thatI am sorry you are not happy, I offered to fix it, yes I have to charge a little more due to the fact I BARELY charged you at all in the beginningWe will Always fix it for you for the 300$ but cant do anything less I am sorry.This is the first complaint I have got since I opened this shop up 6years agoI am going to post what other customers have said about my company as well as all the recipts that the money and time was spent to work on this couples veichle as well.Here is our *** Page where a customer has made there comments***Now my secretary speaks good english So she will be able to assit you if you need anythingPlease contact *** @ *** for any further questions or concerns

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. as you said in your letter that you told us you going to fix your paint job and than you asked for another 300$ that`s so weird you want us to pay your mistake im not accepting till I get refund I don`t trust you anymore I don`t trust your work, the bumper pupping out, wrong color and everything going wrong with you, I need someone pro to fix it
