Broad Brook Landscaping

We are disappointed with Broad Brook and surprised at the A+ ratingThey have proved extremely tardy in arriving to fix the sprinkler system although they were hired the PREVIOUS fall,i.e., In addition, we NEVER received a quote for establishing a backyard lawn (via rolled sod)--even after repeated questionsThe firm's staff simply disappeared
Broad Brook serviced the sprinkler system for the prior owners of our homeWe therefore tried to retain them to rebuild the sprinkler system after we had an in-ground pool installed, and to take care of rolling out sod to re-establish a backyard lawn, and care for front and side-yard lawns
We will now have to find a replacement landscaping/irrigitation firm and rebuild ALL lawns, front, side, and back because they deteriorated for lack of proper care (despite working sprinklers)
To be fair, when Broad Brook finally came, their staff did correctly repair the irrigation system that the pool people damaged (***--we had a prior pool with them, and they were good then)
