I was verbally abused by a staff member here after I requested a work order repair.
Broad knows I am a disabled Vet and there not going to help me. I lived here in Big Bass resort here in TX prior to there buyout of the property. Mold roaches sewer issues flooding from sewers under the cabinet's bathroom tile kitchen tile the works. The worker put a paper plate over the hole where the sewer was and never fixed the property. I served notice on the property and paid my lease in full. Now they filed a lease violation against me and they are giving me 24 hours to leave the property and this is wrong. I don't know how to resolve this and no one at customercare @ broadmg.com will respond, I pay extra for my garage because of its use and it has handicapped plates. The property use to be 52 and older retirement complex. Now its anyone criminal's welcome to apply no background check. It has become a non safe place for me and I can not afford to leave until end of September 2023 and the new one is awaiting inspection still

MICE POOP ON MY COUNTERTOPS STILL....MISMANAGED
I would like to make a formal complaint (written) against the management of one of your properties...Buttonwood Tree - 9211 E Harry - Wichita KS - 67207. I believe your property is being run into the ground by the current property manager Cheyenne and Leanne Carter. I have made a small list below of my complaints...

-all I simply wanted to know was what I am paying in total this year so I can compare it to what the new contract amount is. She is so lazy that she told me she couldn't look it up. They apparently can't do that?
-not performing the obligations set forth in the rental agreement to check fire alarms, replace furnace filters, and spray for bugs in a needed consistent and timely manner. she says it is because of covid but she does none of the above on a annual schedule. they also are not shampooing carpets when we renew our lease even though it is clearly set forth they will do so in the rental agreement.
-this property is infested with mice and ive put in service request after service request and I still have mice pooping on my countertops!
-when I need maintenance they come and go as they please without informing they have been in my apt
-Leanne is just a plain mean and incompetent person who has no qualms with threatening or belittling her tenants. I know numerous people around my little side of the building that have been harassed by Leanne.

I have never been treated with such utter disregard and disrespect! No other apartment complex ive lived in has treated their tenants this way. No one deserves this treatment. Help please!

Broad management company bought the complex I live in back in July It has gone so far downhillYou have to repeatedly ask for maintenanceTrash is all over the complex on the groundThey want that rent money on time but dont want to fulfill their end stated in the contractCalls for maintenance go unansweredThe complex is starting to feel like they are accepting section even though they deny itI cannot wait until my lease is over

I viewed a property owned by Broad Management online at apartment finder to locate an apartment for my upcoming relocation with my jobI contacted their office in which I was instructed I had to pay a $application fee and they were waiving their administration feeI was advised to fill the application onlineI did and was required to pay for the application fee and in turn the office still requested a $money order I had my friend take in

NO ONE CARES! I've lived in my apartment for over two years and I have never been so disgusted and disappointed in the lackadaisical attitude of the staff members, including the assistant manager of the property! You can call, email until you're blue in the face and the issue still wouldn't be resolved! Horrible business!! A renters nightmare!
