We have completed an on-site meter test. Attached are the results. The results show the High Load (HL) to be just under 100% and the Light Load (LL) just over 100%. Our margin of error for accuracy is 2%. As you can see, this meter is well within that margin.
 
I have also reviewed the service order and the service man’s notes. These reflect that the meter readings used for connection of the service and billing are correct.
 
I would suggest the next step to be a home inspection by one of our qualified service men to check for any conditions that may cause high usage. This inspection would be limited to items that are open to visual inspection, such as damaged duct work or leaking hot water pipes or heater(s). Items such as testing heating system freon charge would need to be carried out by a qualified heating and air professional.
 
As I had previously relayed to the Revdex.com, I have called [redacted] and asked him to call me concerning his bill, but have not heard back from him.

I do not agree with the business because they still can but explain how I used that much power in just one month. I had my entire heat checked out like they asked me and everything checked out good. I still have reasons to believe that I'm being cheated and there is no way I can have proof that they are asking for because I have no control of the meter unlike the company have all the control over the meter and they can alter it any way they want to.
