We have received the information for the complaint and looked into our filesPer the attached file you will see that we removed the address for [redacted] on 3/31/& 5/2/We also removed the email address on 1/9/We sent out our mass mailing in early March which had separate catalogs going out and once those went out we're unable to stop themSince we are done with that mailing and she has been added to the do not mail list she will never receive a catalog againThank you, [redacted] Mail Order Manager

We have received the information for the complaint and looked into our files. Per the attached file you will see that we removed the address for [redacted] on 3/31/2017 & 5/2/2017. We also removed the email address on 1/9/2017. We sent out our mass mailing in early March which had 3 separate...
catalogs going out and once those went out we're unable to stop them. Since we are done with that mailing and she has been added to the do not mail list she will never receive a catalog again. Thank you, [redacted] Mail Order Manager
