Broad Street Auto Glass

Review: I had a windshield replaced at Broad Street auto glass and paid in full for the service. I followed the instructions I was given regarding the windshield and everything appeared to be fine. When it rained a week later, water entered into my car from the windshield. I called the company and spoke with a woman who stated that the window was not sealed properly and needed to be resealed when the weather conditions were favorable (no rain). For 2 week I have been trying to come in so that Broad Street Auto Glass can fix their faulty work and have been told to try again tomorrow almost everyday. Today I contacted them and got an irate man on the phone who proceeded to yell at me when I asked about coming in to fix the problem. I couldn't even get word in on the conversation. I have tried to bring my car in to be fixed and have taken time out of work to try to bring my car in to them so that they can correct the mistake that was made when installing this window with no luck. My car now has a heavy mildew smell and the problem still has not been corrected. I am no longer comfortable dealing with this company as they are very unprofessional and do not do professional work or correct mistakes that were made when performing work.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund my money for this job that was not done properly so that I can go to a professional place to have this work re done. On behalf of Broad Street Auto Glass, we give all our costumers warranty on labor for every

windshield replacement. We ask that all customers keep their receipts due to any further issues. The

customer did not follow up with us about any complaints or bringing the vehicle back to our shop so we

can look into repairing any air or water leaks. If customer wishes to be reimbursed, customer will have

to return us back the windshield that was sold to them on the date of Saturday April 19, 2014. We truly

apologize for any misunderstanding or lack of communication. Thank you.
