monthOn the 11th of the month a late fee is automatically applied for $Then on the 16th of the month another late fee is automatically applied for $dollarsOur records show that *** has had late fees waived in the amount of $since she moved in April *** payment history is not good and she has been sent certified letters in regards to her lack of regular payments being made. I have worked for Broad Street Self Storage since October and have never met *** until November when she came into the office with her sister and she wanted to move to a smaller unit which we had availability.*** and her sister claim we broke her lock and her things were not clean and brokenI don't cut locks off unless we are doing an auctionBy law the tenate gets certified letters and we post the auction in the paper times with the unit number and customer name*** left her TV in my office and never came back for itI put it in a closet here and don't know what she wants me to do with itI could throw it in the garbage because she left it here, but that's not how we want to treat our customers.*** called the office yelling at me, and I told her I wasn't going to be yelled at and if she wanted to move out that was fine, but I wanted to know when so I could have a police escort.I do not know the condition of the things she stores, but every customer is offered insurance, and *** waived that option.*** lock is intact, and as long as she makes monthly payments it will remain that way.I tried calling her today because she signed up for a auto pay plan and I was told by her not to do it that way, so I wanted to see going forward how her payments would be madeThe message on the phone said it was temporally disconnected message GH-21.Any other questions I can answer please feel free to email or call.I have attached her complaint.Thank you,***Office manager *** ***Assistant*** *** *** ***
