In follow up to our phone conversation this morning, I am sending you this email as you directed.Please note that at this time, the above complaint # which we had filed with the Revdex.com on 8/27/in regards to NJ Diet has been resolved Shortly after filing our complaint with the Revdex.com, my daughter and I were able to work with the owner of the company, DrArthur T [redacted] , who was very accommodating and willing to work out a mutually agreeable resolution.Our issue, thanks to DrT [redacted] was quickly and professionally resolvedI can attest at this time that if a client has any issue or for some reason is unhappy with the services or results provided, DrT [redacted] and the company are agreeable to working out a resolution that will end up being acceptable to all parties involved.With the final resolution agreed to by myself, my daughter and DrT [redacted] the company has proven to me to be upstanding, reasonable and professional in its dealings with its clients.If it is possible, please post these comments in the resolution section of the original complaint I would like consumers to know that although we had our original complaint, the company and DrT [redacted] handled the issue and eventual resolution very quickly, professionally and courteously Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

On April 2015, I filed a complaint with your office regarding the Broad Street Wellness center, located in Clifton New Jersey.I have been contacted By Broad street Wellness center and they have settled this to our mutual satisfaction.I hereby wish to withdraw the complaint with your officeThanks
