Review: I have called this business a number of times to pay my amount due and to cancel my service. For the longest time, there would be a busy signal or a message saying the number was out of service. More recently, I called and spoke to someone. They "transfer" me to someone for my situation. The transfer then goes directly to voicemail. I have left numerous voicemails and no calls back. I am formally mailing the a tangible letter to cancel my service and to pay my amount due.Desired Settlement: I would like to know how much I owe them and pay the amount and have my service cancelled
