To whom it may concern, On July 19th Mr*** signed up for internet service with our company(shipping/order doc) At this time Mr*** was provided our terms of service which accompanies all new ordersPlease see (terms of service)Since July Mr*** has repeatedly violated our terms
He has provided the terms on separate occasionsIn my last conversation with him by his own volition he admitted that he has never read the termsHe has repeatedly abused network which is a violation of our fair access policiesJanuary the speeds of his service were slowed as a condition of the agreementOn January the first we received over menacing calls to our operations department with threats and vulgarityWe have decided to terminate his service indefinitely per our terms of serviceWe have decided despite of our terms to refund Mr*** for service that he had paid for from Dec 21-January Please (see refund for service doc)The monthly service fee of $has been refunded in fullThe complainant is asking for a refund for $which is an equipment and activation fee that is nonrefundable per our terms of service after ten daysPlease (see terms of service doc)We again despite our policies as a courtesy are willing to refund this charge once the equipment is returned to us in working order.Customer must provide shipping details as proof of shipment before such refund is processedWith over people on our networks it is unfortunate from time to time we have to deal with these issuesIt is our mission to provide the best service to all our customersPlease have consumer to return equipment to: BBQ Wireless ** *** ** ***

The businesses response is inaccurarate. It is Q-wireless that comes to service our account.  They have also stated that our signal is strong, especially with our line of site to the tower. Technicians have stated that we should easily get the speed which we pay for but there is a "data hog" on the tower using all the bandwidth. If they are now saying that we are out of range then the company representatives that have repeatedly told us that we are well within range have sold us a service under false pretenses.
