I am rejecting this response because: There offer was no better than what I can obtain from my local parts shopI have already made phone calls to other shops and have been quoted the price that Broadie's says was a specialIf it was so special then how can I get it at any other place.

Thank you for contacting us Broadie's Aircraft has been serving the aviation community for years and we strive to provide an outstanding experience for all of our customers In regard to this inquiry, a customer placed an order over the weekend and checked out online using ***
(*** automatically charges the customer when they check out) The very next business day (on Monday) our team realized there was an error in the order processing which prohibited us from being able to proceed with submitting the order Due to this, we refunded the customer the full price that *** charged them and they received the refund that very same day We also offered the customer a special discounted price below our standard price in hope of still being able to provide the customer with the product they were interested in, however the customer did not want to proceed with the corrected order Our team is here Monday through Friday from 8:am to 5:pm, so please reach out if we can be of service in any way as we are grateful for the opportunity to support the aviation community Thanks again for checking in
