Dear [redacted] ,This in regards to [redacted] Revdex.com complaint ID [redacted] ( [redacted] ) on 9/26/2014.On September 8:P.M [redacted] placed a carryout order over the phoneA new [redacted] High School Student and part time employee at our facility answered the phone and took his orderThat was her first day of work with usHe did ask for the Specials, so the girl looked at the menu for specials and found the LG Pizza Deal, which is Large 16" topping pizzas for $The girl did read him the special[redacted] chose the LG Pizza Deal but he ordered large 16" pizza with toppings instead of one, and be also chose a large 16" Supreme pizza which has toppingsHe also ordered a Snapple bottleThe inexperienced new employee gave him the wrong price of $and had not charged him at all for the extra toppings.After the order was already made the manager looked at the ticket and realized that price was not right, so he asked the girl and checked the system to find that she had given him the pizza deal price without adding the price of the additional toppings,When [redacted] arrived to pick up the order, the girl told him about the error that she made and got the manager to talk to [redacted] sThe manager tried to explain to [redacted] with a menu in his hands but [redacted] refused to even look at menu, and replied that he was not going to pay a different price than the one he was told over the phoneThe order was offered to bim for $even though the price was actually supposed to be $39.19.He completely refused to negotiate and only wanted the phone price -- nothing but that [redacted] said that if we did not give him the order for $he would not take itThe manager told [redacted] that we already reduced the order to $for him since the regular price was $but be still did not accept it, so [redacted] chose to leave without the order.SincerelyPolidecto H

I am rejecting this response because:
The establishment by their own evidence further proves my experience at their place of businessI did not talk to a young woman when I arrived, but a gentlemen who got the managerAt no time did
he or the manager show or told me the price was and that they were offering a discount in
their error of the cost they quoted on the phoneMore importantly this does not address management's handling
of the matter of snatching the pizzas off the counter and telling me to go elsewhereSince the only matter being sought is an apology from the
Brickoven regrading their handling of a mistake by their employee that was only exasperated by the
manager's disrespecting actions of removing the pizzas and telling me to go somewhere elseI do not feel their response
has satisfied the request of the compliantThe fact they frequently addressed me with the wrong name
*** not *** *** adds to the disappointing interaction with Brickoven management

Hi [redacted], please accept my apologies for the incident that happened on Sept 26th 2014. unfortunately I have not been able to be at the store lately as much as I would like to, due to a new business opened in [redacted] Virginia but we definitely regret not providing you with the service you deserve.
we have had a meeting with all employees and management,  and we have broad your complaint to the discussion table and have addressed all the communicating errors.     
we hope to get an other opportunity to serve you better next time.

took his order. That was her first day of work with us. He did ask for the Specials, so the girl looked at the menu for specials and found the 2 LG Pizza Deal, which is 2 Large 16" 1 topping pizzas for $23.99. The girl did read him the special.[redacted] chose the 2 LG Pizza Deal but he ordered 1 large 16" pizza with 2 toppings instead of one, and be also chose a large 16" Supreme pizza which has 6 toppings. He also ordered a Snapple bottle. The inexperienced new employee gave him the wrong price of $27.54 and had not charged him at all for the extra toppings.After the order was already made the manager looked at the ticket and realized that price was not right, so he asked the girl and checked the system to find that she had given him the pizza deal price without adding the price of the additional toppings,When [redacted] arrived to pick up the order, the girl told him about the error that she made and got the manager to talk to [redacted]s.
