not satisfy with the service
I move in on Dec 28,2019 little after 4pm. When I moved in the carpet guys was just putting down the carpet, the apartment wasn't clean and roaches was everywhere in the bathroom ask well my bathroom ceiling was linking . Now I have plummer problems. I talk to the manager to let her know what is going on and I decide I want to move to another apartment or give my first month rent back. Manager decide she can't do that and I have to paid a reletant fee which I should have to due to my issues in the apartment.

Desired Outcome

I need to talk to someone over the manager head due to the situation

My air has been out since August 27, 2019 we have had temp reaching over 100 degrees they have failed to fix the problem and refuse to talk to me.
My air has been out in my apartment since August 27, 2019, I have been to the leasing office on several different occasions trying to get the problem taken care of but I have yet to get an update on when it will be fixed. I have sent emails and attempted to speak to the manager of the property on several different occasions an have had no success in doing so. I have had to buy a portable unit just to make it livable for my children and I. My son has asthma so this can become crucial with his condition.

Desired Outcome

Of course I would like for this to be fixed immediately, but I would also like to be reimbursed for the portable unit that I had to get to make this apartment livable. I would also like to be compensated on my rent for the amount of time my air has been out because I had to go stay with friends and family on some of the days that I did not have my portable unit.

Applied for a apartment signed NO LEASE but paid 1st month rent plus deposit but lost my job now won't refund my money. no longer want the apt.
I applied for a apartment got approved but had to pay first months rent plus deposit but wasn't going to sign lease until feb. 8th. So not in a contract with them or anything. And after I paid the money I lost my job so contacted the apartment on Feb. 4th and advised the company that I lost my job and no longer could get the apartment and could I get my money back due to not signing a lease and the advised me they DONT refund money but can't provide that information to me. I think they could least refund the months rent since I DONT have a lease and NEVER MOVED IN! I would like PROOF where it states that money is NON REFUNABLE.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of the money I paid or least just the 1st month rent amount.

Constant noise above my ceiling.
I have had a handful of neighbors above (I'm sure) in the past, but they were nothing compare to the most loudest neighbor I have today. For months, I have been hearing excessive noises such as, constant hard thumps, hard running/stumping, and even loud cries from above my ceiling. It has been times that my guest and I would stare at the ceiling with concerns of hoping it will not cave down on top of us, simply because of the massive stumps being heard above. It has also been times that there stumping is so hard that my ceiling fan lights would flicker off and on repeatedly. I've tried several times of telling the manager, Stacy, about the noise, yet it still continues as if I said nothing as I continue to consistently pay my rent while dealing with the madness. I even went as far as record the loud noise above my ceiling because of how massive the noise are, yet Stacy refuse to see the recordings.

Desired Outcome

Either waive part of my rent for the inconvenience, or simply fix the problem to where both parties can live in peace.

I believe that Broadmoor Apartments management staff have questionable business practice.
My name is *** Hicks. I have lived at Broadmoor Apartments a little over 3 years now with little to no issues until this past May. On May 16th, 2017 I called the office and spoke with the apartment manager Stacy about moving into another unit. I explained to her that I was having a serious procedure done (due to my disability) and my doctor was not willing to push it back any longer. I asked her if we had any open units preferably on the first floor available or becoming available by July that I could switch to being that I am currently on the 3rd floor and would be unable to walk up the 4 flights of stairs it takes me to reach my apartment. She told me that currently we did not have anything available and that from what she could see at that moment that we would have something open the end of June. I asked her to please keep me updated on the upcoming available unit so that I could be moved and settled into the new unit before my procedure. She stated, "okay, not a problem I will make sure to let you know when it is ready." June 12th I called the office again and spoke to Stacy to check the status of the unit that was supposed to become available at the end of June. I was told that the unit would not actually be available until the end of July or middle of August. That was very upsetting information being that I had been told in May the unit would be available in late June.

Further more, the exit gate to our community has been left open almost a month ( May to June of this year) which has allowed vehicles known and unknown to come into our supposedly "Gated Community" as they please. It was just recently fixed on June 22nd 2017. As I stated in the letter that I gave to Stacy on June 22nd 2017 one night a car followed me until I parked my vehicle which was really strange. I personally feel that I am being stalked and since this recent break-in of my vehicle on June 21st 2017 I feel even more insecure and unsafe at your property. This is my only means of transportation. I also fear for my life as well as my son's life. The thieves broke into my car and stole very important personal items and information such as my work schedule, money, along with my doctor prescribed medications such as Bupropion and Busprirone to control my disability. They also took items with my current address on it as well. I explained to Stacy that at this point I feel very unsafe and could be or become a possible target. Her response was, "since a gun was not pointed to my head and/or my apartment door was not kicked in then that does not prove I was and or am a target." This incident has increased my anxiety levels which can lead to a psychotic episode which can cause hospitalization and long term treatment. I am feeling overwhelmed after speaking with Stacey.

I went online and did some research and found the Directors and Managing members Ray and Rafael Fernandez of RFE Broadmoor Apartments LLC. I sent an email on June 23, 2017 at 11:59 AM addressed to Ray and Rafael to the email address that Stacy provided me. At 1:11 PM I received a phone call from Yvonne Moss (Property Manger) which I missed. She left a voicemail stating her name and that she would like to speak with me about the issues that I am having with Broadmoor Apartments. I called Mrs. Moss back at June 23rd, 2017 at 4:30 PM which the Office Assistant stated she had left for the day and that she would let her know that I called. On Monday June 26th, 2017 at 11:39 AM I called again being that I still had not heard back from Mrs. Moss and was told that she was in the middle of a report and that she would call me as soon as she was done. I told her OK that was fine.

On June 29th 2017 I returned home from a doctors appointment and found a letter on my apartment door trying to intimidate me. I was very shocked to see that Mrs. Moss had the time to sit down and type up a letter but still had not returned neither of the 2 calls that I had placed to the front office to speak to her.

Desired Outcome

At this time because of the current issues I am facing with the management staff of Broadmoor Apartments as well as feeling like my safety is endanger I believe the best way for us to solve this issue at this point is to allow me to terminate my lease effective immediately and vacate the premises within the next 30 days without persecution.

I have notify the front rent office about a water leak in my closet from upstairs neighbors 3 times the first time they came and patched it up.
April 27 I went into rent office complaint about water leaking from my ceiling on down my wall and on to the carpet. Mold started to form on wall and ceiling.my closet smells bad. They came to patch it up. But never came back. Water still leaking can't hang my clothes up.mold still forming on wall.May 8 was my third time goin to the front office this time I ask for corporate office number and the lady name *** walked off. Like she didn't hear me.I have kids and thats an health hazard. For me as well.

Desired Outcome

I need my carpet replaced or clean.my walls clean and repainted. And ceiling fix.or they can move me into another apartment.
