The sales people at Broadmoor helped us through an issue with a problem purchase of an RV. The contract was complete with the exception of adding a large balloon payment which was coming from the proceeds of a property sale. On the closing day which was also the day we were yo pick up the RV the property sale fell through due to the buyer loosing employment.
Broadmoor RV allowed us to resined our offer and returned our trade in vehicle. We had to rewind the loan, pay some interest and forfeit our earnest monies, but as we had tied up the RV for several weeks it was a fair response .
Broadmoor group in general are great to work with and we will return to them for our RV purchase and service

My experience with the customer service and sales at Broadmoor RV was a breath of fresh air. We had just moved to the area and they made us feel welcome, as well as a friend. It was honestly one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had. They answered every question, and if they didn't know the answer they would find it out immediately. The sales guy (Shane) was down-to-earth and respected the limits of our finances. The guy who showed us everything about our camper (Josh) was very helpful and respectful and more than willing to acquire our requests. Anyone who sat at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. The sales manager made us feel very welcome and introduced himself to us, even though he was not working with us. When you leave the facility, you feel positive about a decision with no buyers remorse. I highly recommend this business to anyone who is seeking a new or used RV. This place is the definition of a great business.

I was in the process of buying an RV from Broadmoor. their sales person requested a cash down payment and then literally stole 500 dollars of my down payment. When I went to the financial manager on my own, I was refunded my money, but overall the experience was terrible. I decided they are not a trustworthy organization who did not deliver on their promises. After bickering about delivery dates I realized they are just not a company that I would ever want to deal with again. Even though the theft would have cost me five dollars a month every month for ten years, if I had not reported the theft, the owner personally told me that the salesman stole from him and not from me and never thanked me for coming forward and telling them what was happening with their company employee. I could not be less impressed with how the owner himself treated me.

I was shopping for a specific model of Jayco trailer, and the price from my local (Western WA) dealer seemed high, so I sought out other Jayco dealers, including Broadmoor RV, for comparative pricing for the same model. The sales agent I worked with (it looks like I can't say his full name in this review, but it is "[redacted].") was extremely helpful, even though he knew I was comparison shopping, and I have to say - I am very impressed with both this dealership and this sales agent. In the end, I went with the more local dealer after they reduced their price, but it was a hard decision because the price at Broadmoor was so much lower, and the customer service and connection by[redacted] was well above what I expected. There was no pressure, but good honest help and information. These guys are good, and although I ended up buying elsewhere, I want to make it known that this is the type of business that outlasts those that focus only on profit - they provide customer service at an exceptional level. If [redacted]. is representative of the quality of this business, I can't help but not HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business to others. I would certainly buy from Broadmoor RV in the future!

We had a wonderful experience at Broadmoor purchasing our 2013 Class C Sunseeker. We got a better deal than anyone was offering in the US...believe me I looked. The purchasing process was fast and easy. The walk through 4 days later was detailed and informative. I was up-sold on some items which at the time I was thinking here we go with the added costs. However, I used the coupon they gave me for 20% off parts and come to find out I used every one of the items they sold me.
Service has always been very responsive to my needs and parts has been great as well. I also know that if I ever needed to address an issue the general manager said his door is always open.
While this is my first experience as an owner I have rented RVs from Broadmoor and Russ D[redacted] among others over the last 10 years. I have always been treated better at Broadmoor in every aspect. I have no issues recommending them for sales, parts and/or service.

Wonderful customer service, knowledgeable salespeople, huge repair center. Broadmore RV has one of the biggest selections of RV's and something to suit everyone's needs. We will continue to shop at Broadmore RV and support our wonderful salesman!

I bought a 32' [redacted]. Trailer was shown to me in their shop were it is very dark . I could not see inside very well. They showed me the trailer, So I could inspect the trailer for damages or poor workmen ship. I found one of the bunk beds latch was not line up with the hole. So they just made another hole in the wall. the propane cover was smashed, so they replace it. I also bought a receiver hitch so I could pull the trailer with my truck. Which they installed, taking 3 hours. With paper work and all took 6 hours. Tired and hungry, we left pulling the trailer to [redacted], to buy lunch. There I looked the trailer hitch over noticing a safety clip holding the stinger pin was still laying on the bumper of the truck. If left out I could have lost the whole thing on the road, trailer and all. When we used the trailer, I noticed, the top of the trailer hitch had been beet on by a framers hammer leaving waffle marks. Making it hard to get hitch over the ball. Next we noticed the counter top by the kitchen sink was lumpy. I went back to broadmoore rv they took me to their part counter. Away from their sells floor. I told them my story and they told me."I should have looked the trailer over better before I took it". I found many problem with the quality and workmanship, Such as, cracks in the welds on the frame. Staple in the carpet which, I had to pull out of my kids and my feet. Screw Half end with the head stripped out. I think Broadmoore rv should do the quality control not left to the customer to find in their dark shop.

June 2013 purchased a 2013 33' Open Range Journeyer Travel Trailer. We have been very pleased with our interaction & the responce we've recieved in dealing with our sales rep [redacted] and sales manager [redacted]. [redacted] will make it right if their is a problem. [redacted] @ the service department counter has been very helpful. [redacted] has been amazingly helpful to us in the last 2 years. He is a great asset to Broadmoor RV. [redacted] is another go to person in the service department we have worked with.
It hasn't all been roses dealing with some of the other staff. So don't think our review is a wonderland response. An RV is a major purchase and at times can be very stressful when you have a problem. We would rather compliment the people who make our visits rewarding.
We will definitely use Broadmoor RV for our warrenty work and purchase our future RV's from them. Don't hesitate to visit and make your RV purchase at Broadmoor RV.

Had a propane leak on our new 5th wheel and my wife called Broadmoor rv and got a negative response from service. I called and complained about how my wife was treated to the service manager which he was the most helpful person I have delt with and made anything right and was very polite and very professional. The parts people there are very goodand helpful also

Prior to stopping at Broadmoor RV my husband and I had been to two other RV dealers. We were greeted by our salesman Matt. The first thing he did was sit down and ask us questions about what we were looking for, how we would use it and the features that were most important. He really had a good idea of what to show us before leaving his office. With their large inventory this step was valuable. We looked at just a few before stepping into the one we loved. By the time we were ready sit down to make a deal it was almost closing time but Matt let us know he was there to serve us and not to feel pressured because it was closing time. He knew what our budget was and worked on our behalf to come back with a deal that fit our budget. It was so nice not to spend an hour negotiating back and forth. There was a small issue on delivery day but the whole team including our salesman, sales manager, and service manager all worked together to make it right! We have complete trust in their entire staff. They really value their customers. We have already recommended Broadmoor RV to our friends. It's worth the drive.
