Filthy living conditions
I've contacted management numerous times doesn't seem to care honestly. Filthy living conditions. Infested with roaches, has been flooded, bathtub needs to be replaced, conditions of apartment are just not up to par!
Finish the job, move me into another place, or refund.
This issue has been resolved. The resident has been transferred to another unit.
My issue is with the apartment I am currently renting from bradmore gardens. For starters I tried to look at the apartment a week before I moved in but everyday it was an issue, so the I did not see my apartment until move in day and around 4:50pm. When I looked at the apartment the sun was going down and it was no light in the living room so the I didn't see the nasty carpet until later on that night when I had my lamps. Also I didn't realize how nasty the carpet was until I took my shoes off and felt it in my feet I asked for a new apartment and no one will move me.
2ed issue: I asked ***, the lady who moved me in then they have a big issue and she told me NO. Well that same night around 3 am I went in my kitchen and when I turned my lights on it was full of roaches also my son has bit marks all over him and I'm sick of it . I have been complaining about this since day one! No one is fixing the issue.
3ed issue: my tub takes 2 hours to drain and I took them 2 weeks to send someone out after me calling 4 times, the man comes to fix it but leaves the middle part of my tub off and it's full of nasty water. And currently been in there for 10 hours now. I have to take a shower at a friends house!

Replacement I either want a new apartment or out my lease! Also I'm going to have to get me and my son a room because we need to be able to take a bath so I need a refund on that.

The resident, has called Corporate as well.
In reviewing her resident page, we have copies of her move in inspection which she only cited a dark stain on her carpet. Nothing else was addressed on her move in inspection. We have photos of housekeeping issues in the following areas: Kitchen, bathroom. The pictures depict unwashed dishes and open food containers.
We have work orders showing the repairs were reported on July 10 and resolved on July 11.
Pest control is scheduled for this Friday for her building.
The property manager has addressed all issues by the resident. It has been explained to the resident her housekeeping habits are affecting her bug situation. Pest control is scheduled for July 19, but unless this resident changes her housekeeping habits, her bug situation will not improve. Management is offering to deep clean her carpet. There were no issues cited about her carpet at move in except for a small dark stain in the living room. The deep clean will remove any stains or substances she may have on her carpet.
Broadmoore is preleased, option to transfer is not available but we will offer to let the resident out of her lease if she wishes to move out.
