I asked if I could have my old pool liner cut in half and left in my driveway for someone else to pick up because they had a use for it. The boss told me that I can have my pool liner any way I wanted it. I paid them $2,000 cash on the 20th of March. My liner was cut into strips and left in my trashcan in the middle of my driveway and in front of my mailbox.

My husband and I have been customers at Backyard Paradise for a year and a half. We have never had good service, acceptable at best, but the last couple of times it has been horrible. Today was the last straw. My husband spent 25 minutes waiting to get our pool water sample tested and waited patiently until I came in to check on him. We walked out after the woman tended to someone who just walk in the door. We didn't have another 30 minutes to spend there! We won't be back. Don't feel like we are losing much!
