Inapposite to the Business allegations, I did not retrieve the gift bag from the office I was never notified that a gift bag was present in the office for me Video tapes can be reviewed to show that I never picked up a gift bag I did pick up flowers from the mail room 6/but not a gift bag from the office This is a complete falsehood on the part of Broadstone Little ItalyI only found out that a gift bag had been dropped off for me days later It can also be verified by simple review of email records that there was no email notification that a gift bag was present In fact, I was not even in town June and this can be proven by Dr*** ***, with whom I was staying in LA Broadstone continues to deny responsibility for loss or theft of the item and now is creating falsehood with regards to my activities and whereabouts
