Broadstone New Territory I

Review: I am a resident here at this apartments and have filed many work orders for them to resolve over the past few months but have never heard back from them for weeks, until I go back consistently and complain to their staff. This time I have filed a work order to have my kitchen area light bulbs replaced and no one has showed up to do the job. It has been over a week and the staff keeps telling me that they are working on it. I have a neighbor that filed a work order after me and their is completed before me. This issue is going on with me on daily basis and would require your assistance. I have even written an email to the regional manager, yet not reply back. Staff here have failed to do their job in timely manner, yet expect the residents to pay their rent on time.
