Thank you for the opportunity to replyWe have been in contact with Mrs [redacted] since the first of JanuaryThey reported a window leak in the 2nd bedroomWe responded to the work order the same day and called out a window contractor, who was able to come out the next day and confirmed that the window was intact and not the cause of the leakAt this time we asked the resident to refrain from using the humidifier as the heater was set to and added moisture was adding to the issuesWe then removed the drywall and insulation to ensure and prevent future moisture issuesAt no time was there mold, however there is evidence of water stains and water damageWe sealed the area, installed a ceiling fan and ran a dehumidifier for days, each day checking the unit and just when the area was dry the next day we would have signs of condensation all over againWe are unsure as to what the actual cause is and we do empathize with the daily interruptions, so we offered to transfer them to a larger, less expensive unitThey hesitated, so we then called in other reputable contractors, an engineer and they all think its because of the heat and the added humidifierObviously we can not tell people how to heat their home, so we again offered to transferThey agreed and are scheduled to move the 1st of FebruaryPlease let me know if there are further questions or concernsI do feel that we continue to do everything we can as we maintained daily communication and made several attempts to find a resolution
