Review: I wanted to change the C of O on my house so I hired [redacted] and his firm ( Broad Design Group ) to do the architectural on my and filing the necessary documents with D.o.B to get the job done , and I did everything that I had to do on my part which cost me over $25,000 in total renovating my house and I paid $3,500 for architectural services that I never received I paid [redacted] in full for his services and he disappeared with my money I have tried to reach [redacted] through all his phone numbers ( [redacted]) ([redacted]) ([redacted]) to resolve this issue and get job done or refund my money to no avail . I would just like him to refund me my money and go his way and i'll go my way .and get someone els to do the job . may I add that this is nothing new to [redacted] I did a background check and found out that he has a more than a few judgments against him ,had I done this before I would have never hired [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my money and this guy should loose his license
