I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that I have received a refund *** ran my credit card again without my knowledge However, it was I that called it to their attention as they had no idea Keeping my credit card number is not acceptable but that's how they do business.For the record, the medication that I received in error was never addressed, even though I took pictures of the bottle and label as requested They put the label (what was prescribed) on the wrong medication (less, in fact 100% less that what was prescribed) and never even knew it What transpired after that was a continual miscommunication on what I owed and what my credit card was charged Suffice it to say they are dangerous and out of control Hostile, yes I was hostile because they apologized (***) for how I was feeling, not what they had done Maybe if my dog had gotten the right medication she would still be alive They overcharged, misquoted me on prices (mostly because they were confused on what medication she was supposed to have and were quoting the price for the lower dosage), ran my credit card for $when the day before they told me it would be about $and continued to be hostile with me when I took exception to what they were doing They told me about the price match (I didn't know about it till they told me) and then when I needed the medication refused to honor the agreement (which I have in an email).However, I have my refund I just hope this warns others of what they are doing If it doesn't, let me know what else I can do I am looking at reporting them to the state

In looking at her file, [redacted] originally was given a larger mg dosage on the medication prescribed. We immediately fixed that concern. After a few days of her paying for said prescriptions, she was asking about a price match. We informed [redacted] that we were unable to do a price match on a past...
invoice, since drug prices change so quickly. We would however, be more than happy to attempt the price match going forward if she was able to provide current pricing information at refill/checkout. She provided the information the following month. The managing doctor and practice manager at the time were unable to do the price match because the medication was listed through a much larger prescription company at a price that was lower than our cost for that same medication. We informed [redacted] of this multiple times. She was provided with prescriptions from our Dr. to be able to fill from that other company in order to get that savings. We told her we would issue that refund for her. In the transfer of the old practice manager and the new practice manager, myself, the email communication got buried so when we received a check in email from [redacted] immediately responded to her concern of a refund. We wanted to be able to process the transaction quickly and efficiently, and a check is not something that we are able to provide due to being owned by a corporation. We asked for her card information. She was incredibly hostile on the phone with [redacted], even though she was trying to issue her refund and solve her issue completely. In processing the refund, there was an accidental charge instead of refund. The transaction was reversed immediately, and the entire amount has been refunded to [redacted]'s card. Banks do take 10-15 business days to refund that money back to accounts and she was informed of this on the phone call with [redacted].
