Tell us why hereDear *** ***,We apologize for any inconvenience you may feel however, it is never our intention to make anything difficultAs any business we have a procedure that we follow for all exchanges and cancellations of ordersIn your particular case, your original order date was 8/24/13, so your particular case is very different than many customers that complete their transaction within a few daysTherefore, as business owners we had to communicate and act within our outlined policyLast year (2015) was the first time we heard from you in regards to your refund, then we did not hear again from you until this complaint. Nonetheless, we have made an exception to issue a full refund for $which is a result of deducting the items that were already received.We are open days per week Monday through Friday 8-Please let us know which day you will be coming in and a business check will be made out to “*** ***” a day prior.
