I just want to state the facts -- I was called the next day and I stated to the person on the phone that I contacted the Court house in me city and they (the court house) had no record of the case number that was give to me - At this time the woman on the phone HUNG UP ON ME!  I did not hang up on them and also my husband never stated that he agreed that he had this debt and that he owed any money.  What he did say is that he has used Pay Day loan places in the past and does not recall using one in 2004, as it has been 12 years ago!
