After reviewing the report from Columbus\us Inc, processor of ATM machines the report shows this customer received his $80 and no communication error....The correct procedure for the customer is to send his ATM receipt to his bank and dispute this charge. WE do not...
reimburse customer on a just a "say so" they need to go through the proper channels. According to our transcation report there were 5 transaction made prior his transcation and one was even 5 minutes before and one 8 minutes afterward and not were disputed or that there was a communication error. The customer can dispute this charge with his bank. [redacted], owner of Broadway ATMs did speak with Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] wanted his money, but he need to follow procedure with his bank and dispute legally. Thank you [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: there was a communication error and the machine did not dispense the money I had requested. The machine clearly stated communication error.

Mr [redacted]s transaction someone withdrew money and eight minutes after Mr [redacted]'s transaction multiple users withdrew money, no other dispute calls came in. [redacted] did speak to Mr [redacted] and was very courteous and never did hand up on him. Mr [redacted] needs to dispute his charges with his Bank. There has been no proofs of any communication error from our Processor.
