Review: On July **, 2013 I had purchase a rear hub assembly for the amount of $144.00 from BROADWAY DISCOUNT AUTO PARTS. After my mechanic took the car apart to fix it he realized that the hub assembly was not needed so I retuned it to BROADWAY DISCOUNT A.P. the same day that it was purchased. at the time of the return they told me that because It was been returned the same day the transaction was not even going to be posted it will be null....To my surprise when I check with my bank the transaction did post, so I went back to them to tell them about it. This time I was told that it will take a few days for the credit to show back in my account to be patient and wait. A week has gone by and nothing so I went back to BROADWAY DISCOUNT AUTO PARTS. This time to my surprise again!!! They told me that it was out of their hands and that I had to take it up with my bank. So I did fill a dispute with the bank providing them with the receipts from the transactions and they gave me a provisional credit for the amount that it was in question until further outcome of the investigation.... On December **, 2013 I was contacted by the bank to tell me that they were taking the provisional credit away because six months later BROADWAY DISCOUNT AUTO The merchant has verified the charge is valid????? I CAN NOT BELIEVED HOW THIS BUSINESS CAN BE SO DISHONEST AND THINK THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT!!!!!Desired Settlement: I just wish that Business like this were some how penalized for their actions for being so unprofessional with their customers .

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for been there for the Custumer as soon as the claim was submitted the Revdex.com took action and my problem was resolved within a few days. Before that my problem was being ignored for the last five months.

Review: I purchased a coil pack and one spark plug for my 2011 BMW 328 xdrive on December [redacted], 2014. I bring the items to the mechanic and he tells me it's the wrong spark plug (which the [redacted] said was the right one, which wasn't.) so 20 minutes later I return it. 2 days later the mechanic fixes my car and I ended up not needing the coil pack, it was never taken out of the box so I attempted to take it back to Broadway auto and the [redacted] was very rude. When I have stated I have no need for this item he said "that's you're problem". I do not appreciate spending my money some place and having someone treat me like I'm mud on the floor. This is not a good business to buy from and I will never again.Desired Settlement: I want my $69.00 plus tax back, which I paid for the coil pack.
