I am writing this review because I had almost $5000.00 of work done on my vehicle and was taken back in many times because the work wasn't all complete. I was told by Joe [redacted] that everything would be bumper to bumper warranty for a year. It was then told by the service manager Brain [redacted] that it would only cover the parts they had replaced or fixed. Which still wasn't granted. When I received the vehicle back I let them know that the cruise control didn't work and when I had brought it in it was working. They would not fix it. Now a couple months later I'm having electrical problems and they said that had nothing to do with the repairs they did. Which yes they didn't fix anything electrical the times I had it in. But, it was said it was a bumper to bumper warranty. They will not grant what they said with the bumper to bumper and I am now done spending a ton of money through them and them not fixing problems with the vehicle. I wouldn't have went to them for repair if I would have known they weren't going to keep their verbal agreement. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and will not go there again to purchase or have a repair done on my vehicles.
Broadway has reviewed [redacted] concerns regarding the hard hit on her credit. Broadway does have a filled out and signed credit application along with a signed privacy notice from [redacted]. When these form are signed and filled out, Broadway will proceed with the credit process....
Broadway has made numerous attempts to contact [redacted] regarding this. Unfortunately, we are unable to take the hit off. Broadway apologizes for the confusion regarding this.
