I am rejecting this response because: I had pneumonia and was unable to come in for a little over weekI
will not have her hair recolored as it was completely messed up the first timeHer hair color was wrong and then it all washed out in weekHow is that worth the money and the timeThe worst part is her hair is damagedIt has been breaking off a lotI have multiple picturesI would be crazy to take her back in somewhere that messed up this bad the first timeI would just like a refundI don't want her hair recolored

This is our response to this complaint. We have tried to get this person back in to the salon several times to redo this color, but she always has an reason that she can't come in.
