*You and *** *** from "*** and Associates" and any one on our board that signed documents, made a "rash" decision that cost a lot of working people dearly*** got a cut from you and none of this was thought out at all I also feel bad for your people too - I truly do, they were pulled all over the place and working like that adds to big mistakes *** *** also hangs up on people as well - so "a total lack of class" all the way around from a couple of thugs Don't worry, you can take this to the board's attorney as I feel that *** should also be on the hook as well and he should be paying some $$$$ backWe've been through hell and back since he took overThere is NO WAY anybody on that board or "*** and Associates" should have an authority moving forwardMy problems are fixed, but I had to borrow money to do so Others aren't as lucky as I am

This work was done for a condo association through a management company. At the current time all issues are in the hands of our lawyer. They have no warranty at this time as they have a balance of over $92,000.00 plus that has not been paid.

Sorry for you issues [redacted] but as I had already responded none of this would be happening if we had gotten paid. we are under no obligations for any warranty issues at this time until we are paid in full.

[redacted] listened to it run and decided to buy it. We told him we would let him know when it was finished. The inspection uncovered several things that were wrong. I received a call from A[redacted]  yesterday 6.11.14.  She explained the problem she was having with the 2006 Kia that she bought as is. She used profanity and threated to...

ruin our reputation on social media if we did not fix her car. I explained she agreed  to buy the Kia As-IS. Our paper clearly indicates, in a number of places, that the vehicle had no warranty.  She wrote a negative post to our Face Book and I responded in a professional way.
I don't care to deal with people that handle things in this manner. As soon as all negative comments pertaining to Guess Motors and it's employees are removed from all social media sites we will pickup the Kia from the H[redacted] home , refund their downpayment  ($100 cash and $400 on the credit card) and cancel the deal. We do not care to do any further business with the [redacted] .  This offer must be accepted within 48 hours.
