The offer from Broadway Classic Cleaners and our tailor to resolve the issue by repairing the garment to the customer’s satisfaction remains, although the original alteration was made in November of 2013.
Review: A seamstress at this business said that she could make several alterations to a very expensive coat. I was charged $90 for a very bad job, and the business has refused to give me any refund. Two high-end tailors in Manhattan confirmed that the job was rather unsatisfactory. One of the tailors said that the coat is beyond repair. I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I want my $90 back.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I refused the offer to repair my coat because I didn't trust the incompetent seamstress, obviously. And *I* was the one to call the police, (1) because the owner of the building, after seeing me in the street, threatened twice to break my nose, and (2) because some creepy guy — probably a relative of the incompetent, [redacted] seamstress — confronted me in a restaurant, even taking silverware from me and trying to grab my phone. What kind of shady crooks are these, anyway?Sincerely,
